I don't think Ed could've gotten along without Dave...and I don't think Dave could've gotten along with Eddie.

Yeah...and you know what you fucking imbecile? Guitar virtuoso's are fucking everywhere...

YOU KNOW WHY FUCKING EDWARD WAS FOUND? Why? Because fucking Dave knew WHERE TO FUCKING PLAY...

Ed was busy renting equipment from Dave...if it wasn't for Dave...Ed would be doing exactly what every other guitar god in America was and is doing...washing dishes....

So give me a fucking break...

Ed did things nobody else publicized did...yeah...one of the greats that was found...but there have been guitar players certainly equal to Ed that never got out of the local scene because you know what????

So give me a fucking break...

if you think that Edward would have found himself out of his pionic closet existance if it weren't for Dave...

      you ARE FUCKING RETARDED...

quit suckin' on your mom's tampon...and wake the fuck up...

        This is your stance?

I wonder how well they'd have done with the Van Hagar Moniker?

Isn't 5150 their best selling album with Sammy? Hmmm...why I wonder...oh yeah...1984 was the album that made the name Van Halen synonimous with not just greatness...but perhaps Greatest American Rock and Roll band...

some wave to enter VH in...and it's been downhill since then...

Van Halen was a fucking media machine...built by Dave...

an easy sell...and an easy push....period...

My point exactly. There are many great guitar players. Superstar frontmen the caliber of Dave are extremely rare. You can could count all the rock frontmen that are Dave's caliber on three fingers: Dave, Mick Jagger, Robert Plant, and that's it.

STANDING HAMPTOM? VOA? Those would be SPAM's PRE-Van Hagar tours for the youngsters. Post Van Hagar?HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Come on, be real. Marching to Mars? Right. Sure. It's not even debatable.

I saw ENOUGH shows that summer my friend. There was a HUGE amount of anticipation for DAVE and WHAT HE WAS GONNA DO AFTER leaving VAN HALEN. He got a TON of PRESS, and his tour was covered by ALL major music publications. Tickets for EEAS sold out in MINUTES, not months like some tours I can think of.

they only did better because of the momentum they had going with roth not because spammy gaygar was with them and how many albums did van halen 3 sell? not enough to bother to count of course they are going to sell more than dave's solo era fans would rather here classic van halen than just dave and i don't mean classic with that fag spammy. and as far as the tours go you are right again but then that comes back and classic van halen out sold van gaygar. let me ask you a question? When you think of van halen you would think of hard rock right? well with van hagar it's more of rock pop. which is not true van halen when I think of van halen I think of runnin with the devil, hot for teacher, everybody wants some and the craddle will rock. I could go on. if dave were to rjoing them they would out sell anything that gaygar did and out sell shows but we will never know that because they still have a hard time prying spammys mouth off of ed's dick there going to have to get the jaws of life for him.
