Do you think Wolfgang lurks the Dave board?

Being that the kid is a big fan of the DLR-era VH,......... Do you think he lurks the Army or DDLR boards to see what we are all saying?

My 15 year old is on music/band/fan site message boards for about 2 hours a night. She reads this one more often than DDLR and also about 5 other bands sites as well. I would think Wolfie does too but who knows.

I also wonder if Wolfgang and Ed have a copy of EEAS sitting around the house or on an IPod somewhere?

before I comment on Wolfie, I first have to get something off my chest after reading your post

what struck me most is that you let your 15 year old daughter read these boards, where every 2 post is stuffed with four letter words, swearing, cussing and humiliation beyond any rational level

...

however, if Wolfie reads these boards, I surely hope he can filter all the expressed anger and outbursts, read between the lines and make the most out of it

being a dad for myself, I can imagine how much influence a kid can have, I could even imagine that he was one of the reasons this "reunion thingy" got initiated in first place

so Wolfie, if you read this ...

Keep it up, kick your Dad's ass to get his act together and help it to get up again, it'll be worth it !

Kids hear and see much worse in public schools. My wife and I spend every possible minute with our girls. We have taken my oldest on the road with us before. Always being honest when they ask questions and giving proper guidance. Usually we sit in the living room with our laptops and geek out together. I know what websites my 15 y.o. has been to and I frequently check to verify she's not getting into anything she shouldn't be in. She doesn't look at porn, she makes honor roll and has never given me a reason not to trust her. She's a smart rock n roll/punk rock teenager that dyes her hair differnt colors and wears black and plays guitar (she's actually getting pretty good). I firmly believe that if you are honest with your kids, talk to your kids and most importantly spend as much time as possible with your kids then they will know right from wrong. We talk about EVERYTHING. Including some things I don't like sometimes. My parents did the same.

My sister and I spent a lot of time with our parents. Still do. They always had us doing artsy stuff. I learned a lot from them. Once they found out I liked guitar, music and metal they bought me albums by and took me to concerts of Iron Maiden, Van Halen, Kiss, Alice Cooper, AC/DC, etc... even though they hated it. They did it because I loved it and they knew they had taught me right from wrong. We talked about everything. My dad is probably my best friend.

I understand your concern for sure. If my kid was a fuck up I wouldn't let her do anything. But she's a good kid and has given me no reason not to trust her.
