(posted this in the "original" thread but now that we have this one I deceided to post it again)

WHO WROTE THAT SPEECH FOR VELVET REVOLVER???

"but it began again with sammy hagar...many more records sold...even bigger tours...even bigger hits" (with hagar and TAFKAB goofing in the splitscreen)

roth outsold hagar with two albums...

roth played US fest for 300.000 people, hagar opened for bon jovi...

jump was the only number 1 single of the band ever...

if anybody here is shit-talking again, that dave "should have been there for the fans"...I'll get your ass banned for live, motherfucker

I wouldn't say ATBL was THAT bad.

Sure, it wasn't great...far from it, but it was better than the woeful performance from the other half.

I still feel like this over the whole affair...

little side note here..at about 35 seconds into the above clip I swear I can see a boat that was not meant to be in the shot. Anyway,

it was disgusting...weiland fagging around like a mixture between jagger and ga y cherone on poppers with a pavarotti voice over an out of tune playing slash...

What a fucking disaster. Disgraceful. Poorly done. Bad taste out of Velvet Revolver, Sammy Hagar, Michael Anthony...

                  God...just AWFUL.

And how many YEARS did people wait to see...THAT?

Thanks a fucking bunch Van Halen. Now go fuck yourselves, ok? Thanks.

I don't even know how a Hagar fan could appreciate that travesty even in his wildest reaches of imagination.

"Oh, David will be there! You can bet on that! He's got a room already!"

FUCK YOU, SAMMY. FUCK YOU, MIKE. Fucking faggots.

Couldn't keep you away with a shotgun? Mother fuckers, I wish somebody would have TRIED.

Gary Cherone had better on stage moves than that VR guy.

Well that was pretty sad and it leaned heavily on the Van Hagar years which were piss weak. I am glad Roth did not show up, but his presence would have overpowered the lukewarm zero stage presence of Hagar and Anthony. What a snooze fest. Again, not to sound like a broken record but these two poozers proved again why the DLR era of the band was far superior to the Hagar years. They should be thankful the Diamond One did not show up. Their 15 minutes would have been completely overshadowed. Roth would have dominated the evening.

Why did Weiland sing ATBL with the Bowie's vibrato?

                              Man I don't get this.

But the only positive thing I can say is that the first part of the video montage was pretty cool.

What I love is Sammy saying how Templeman etc. got the band "where it was when I joined it, then we took it farther from there"
