Ole No. 1, sounds to me like you'll take Van Halen regardless of who's fronting the band.

To many of us here, it's not Halen unless all four classic members are there.

I accept no substitutes where Halen is concerned. Never have. What Van Hagar did musically has nothing to do with the lineup and band that put out the 6-pack albums. It's Van Halen in name only.

Hagar is jumping on this tour because he knows as a solo act he'd be playing (and has been playing) the same size clubs, casino halls and such that Roth plays, to the same capacities.
