I dont care about When LoveWalks In, but I would like him to sing Dreams and Right Now. Wasn't Weird Al one of Dave's role models. That might be fun to hear Dave's renditions of Why Cant This Be Love and a few others. Hell, if BT pulls this thing off, I don't care if he sings Mary had a Little Lamb, this would just be so freaking cool.
Okay, beings as I am from the states and suffer from our substandard educational system, could someone else please check Big Troubles mathmatical equations. I believe he is jacking up the price there a little bit. It wouldn't be quite that expensive. According to my calculations $30,000 divided by 300 = $100.00 per ticket. If you would like me to I can check on what kind of price we could get for booking say 200 rooms and a banquet hall at the places of your choosing in Vegas, New York and LA. You are probably right about the Whiskey.
Do we have any attorneys familiar with the entertainment industry here. I am not sure what legalities there might be involved in hosting this "concert". However if it is billed as a David Lee Roth Army Convention with David Lee Roth as a guest speaker or guest of honor or whatever and not open to the general public, you shouldn't be held liable for any mishaps. Will people need to sign a release or anything?
