Historical Unity Between the Roth and Hagar Fans !

For the first time in the never ending argument over who was the best singer for Van Halen, finally the smaller Hagar faction has sided with its much larger and more representative voice of the people, the fans of original Van Halen.

Fans of both era's have been almost unanimous in declaring the first offering of the recently reformed "Van Hagar" as sub standard and a total dissapointment given the six years the band has kept its fans waiting.

In a strange twist of fate, both Roth Era and Sammy Era fans have agreed that the new single is an embarrasment to the Van Halen legacy.

Persons close to the Van Halen machine are shocked at this apparent mutual agreement after years of dispute. Before the final judges gavel slams down the sentence on this farcical attempt of resurrection, most Hagar fans are desperatley hopeful that "Its about time" is the
weakest of the three new tracks and that the remaing two songs will still reward the Hagar faitfhul.

Meanwhile, Van Hagar themselves, on a guaranteed fix fee per show
reagardless of turnout, are announcing more and more second shows. The more astute amongst the Van Halen fanbase questioning why, when the original venues are barely half full...

Those close to the DLR camp are tight lipped as Roth refused to participate on these substandard offerings by a guitarist requiring intervention.

      This is some great stuff.
The new song is being universally panned.

The lyrics to "It's About Time" seemed to be written by either Weird Al Yankovic (a self-written parody) or by a fan from this here site. It was actually amazing news for Roth fans that Hagar could release such hilarious lyrics to what could've been a fine new Roth song. I'm beside myself in happiness towards how this is 'panning' out.

I'm not so sure anymore about an inevitable Roth Reunion, but I can tell you this much, the statistics and lyrics are pointing toward a factual breakup of Van Hagar. If VH don't want Dave, then we don't want to hear from the VH Bros. Period.

Its amazing how even Hagar fans are not impressed. You would think those dudes would take anything that was dished up to them.

            Nicely put, Panamark! Thank you.

Scientists will study the chimpanze LINKERS who declare that "IAT is the greatest VH ever" for years and years.

I agree that a Roth reunion is looklng less and less likely-and in the event that it should occur, the chances for its success are going down the toilet.

That pic with the baby is hillarious. It begs the question, which sadistic type of parents would show their baby that photo ?? :D
