                                  Looks like it came from the same person who shot the vid of Ed playing Eruption. Dave is dressed the same, the camera angle is the same, the quality is the same.

                                  Be nice if the complete video would be released.

                                  Edit: Duh....just went snooping around. That show (Fresno 9/22/78) was only a week before I saw them (Seattle 9/29/78), and yes, there are several songs on youtube from that show.
