I have stated this before but there are so many threads.

I "Knew this Guy" not me, who was 17 and played drums for a band of 26 + year olds, because he was fast as snot, young, strong and had tons of gas.Talented was not the word -Phenom- would suit better.

He could hand it DOWN! at live performances easy, yet there were not 10,000 seat areanas .

But just the same it's about the music not where you are. If you are proficient(sp) at your end, so be it.

The hard part was"" ALLWAYS"" he was underage at a 21 drinking establishment.

Some dudes were cool, but sometimes the management would cancel the gig even after he was all set up.

I still say LoMenzo would be so cool for this gig he is just one of the best 2 from Daves camp Ed & Al 2 from VH camp.

If Val lets him home school on the road and he can play the music.

I've always been all about having Mike on this tour but last night I changed my mind. I saw a clip from the 2004 tour where Wolfie came out during Ed's solo and played 316. It was obvious that Ed adored the boy. I feel the same way about my own son.

Suddenly it all made sense. If I was a big rock star, I'd damn well have my boy up there with me if I could. And I'd tell anyone who didn't like it to kiss my black ass.

So goodbye Mike, it's been fun.

And a big welcome to Wolfgang from Lamont. Sorry it took me so long to understand that shit.

I hear ya amigo. I have been saying this too (on another site). I have two kids, one of them is big into his guitars. We jam all the time and he's pretty good. I would want him there to, but only if I thought he could pull it off. I don't think that Ed is that much of a shitty dad to put his kid through something he couldn't do.

Besides Dave would never go for it if Wolf couldn't deliver the goods.
