I'll give you an idea. Metallica at Wembley, tickets were £40 ($80); Heaven and Hell £40 ($80); Guns n Roses £50 ($100), Iron Maiden, Ozzy etc were all about the same, Velvet Revolver a little less. Basically if you want to see a reasonably well known band you're going to pay nearly £40 for the tickets. Now that's fucking expensive, but at lest everyone pays them same price and its first come first serve (in most cases).
That's the point I was making: to me the system seems a little fairer, even if we are still getting ripped off.
But I would pay a LOT of money to see this Van Halen tour.
