20 for SRV the same year.
The *cough* brokers are owned by TicketPimp. They sell to the bastard company and inflate the price. Same owners, different names.
Last time I bought online was Metallica/Kid Rock and they were $74 dollars a pop in 99, up from 35 bucks for G-n-R / Metallica in '92.
I won't pay the fuckers that much. Keep the front row for 200, I'll sit towards the back and see it all without turning my head.
Me and my binoculars. :D That's how you end the monopoly, you don't let them rape you and force the greedy fuckers to eat those tix.
Alas, there's always someone who is ignorant enough to keep brokers in business.
1989vs2006, $20.00=$189.00 plus svc and handling. Apparently people with more to do than camp out by a phone and don't feel the need to apologize for having attained enough sucess in life to go the easy route. Is that jealousy I smell?
Do you have to know before you try to learn? Do you have to know you will like it before you listen?Do you have to know the ending before you read the book? Does suprise intimidate you?If your answer is yes to any of the above, keep walkin, you'll only bore me.
It's only money peeps.Make more.Stay home on weekends for a few, bromnbag that lunch. In times like these sacrifices must be made.Like juniors college fund:-) just kiddin.

My youngest who finished college this past spring said a prayer to the powers that be, thankful that this reunion was delayed until he finished, on account of the fact that he did not have to sling hash or mop floors:-)

Jealous? It's your money. I thought
this thread was about ticket prices being ridiculously high
through brokers for an as-of-yet unproven version
of Van Halen.
Go ahead and drop 700 for front row, Mr. Trump.
I had a feeling that last sentence was going to rub
someone the wrong way.

Yes, keep in mind that we, the fans, are responsible to keep our band able to make their Range Rover & Mansion Mortgage payments!

"Meet us in the Future.....NOT the Pasture".......DLR, August '07, VH Press Conference - Tour '07-'08
