    Who's paying for this?

    Since VH have no record label, who's paying for the tour? All that staging, hotels, etc...

      Promoters, sponsors, etc.

      I'm sure people are lining up to invest in this tour.

          You don't need a record deal anymore... This is the age of downloadable music and corporate sponsership! Before Smashing Pumpkins broke up in the late 90's, Billy Corgan said (in an interview) that this is what the music business was going to evolve into. So, don't worry too much about the boys... they'll be JUST FINE! I went to the Ratt/ Poison show last Saturday and in between bands was a parade of commercials... we might see that during this tour.
