check out pollstar.com . They had VH #1 last week and Bruce #1 this week with VH 2nd. Hanna Montana was like 5th or 6th.

WTF is with Billy Ray Cyrus' spawn becoming No. 1 again?!?! Is this some payola shit going on here. I think we need to revive Bill Hicks' TV series that he planned on making. Hopefully you all know what I'm talking about.

Not that it's a big surprise considering the music climate today but I found this..

Sorry, Van Halen, but you've been overtaken by a young Disney star.

The Hannah Montana Best of Both Worlds tour sold out this weekend in eight minutes, according to a source at Charlotte Bobcats Arena.

If you haven't heard of the Disney sensation, you must not have tween-age kids.

Miley Cyrus (daughter of country singer Billy Ray Cyrus) plays Miley Stewart, a regular 14-year-old girl who has a huge secret -- she leads a double life as the wildly popular pop star Hannah Montana.

How popular? Neither the Beyonce show in July nor the upcoming Police concert have garnered the same ticket sales. Even Van Halen took a couple of days to sell out.

Very telling about the lengths parents are willing to go in the Charlotte market.
Three time witness to the comeback of the MIGHTY VAN HALEN. And then they faded back into obscurity.

Don't underestimate the power of parents who want to take their kids to see concerts.

I've been to a few Wiggles (four year old daughter!) concerts, and believe me, there's not a seat left in the house.

I wonder when the WB will have the first season of "Let's hunt and kill Billy Ray Cyrus!" after 14 years in waiting. :D
