Depends on what you mean...I bought my tickets the moment they went onsale online, and the only tickets available were nosebleeds. Apparently in the three seconds it took my browser to refresh, They sold all the floor seats, all the first level up from the floor, and all the first level under the balcony. After two minutes, every ticket on the balcony were gone and the only tickets available were at the top of the balcony at the furthest possble point in the arena from the band...I got those tickets. The Q in Cleveland, section 200, if anyone wants to know.

The way ticket master sells is by random seating picked by the compute and it is in no particular order. It does not matter if you call and get in right when they go on sale or 30 min it is a random computer seat picker. I got in about 10 min into sales and she informed me that sec. 404 was available and I said do you have anything better then that? The agent was from India and said "let me refresh the screen and see what comes up". She waited and refreshed the sreen about 6 times until I got floor 6 or sec. 121. The agent said that they have no control on how the seats are distributed either on line or call in.Comment

I always thought it was based on first come first serve with ticketmaster! I know at the arena box office you have to pick a number out of a hat to base the spot you are in line. I thought it's bad that brokers get all the great seats, but ticketmaster is trying to screw you too!
Is there no fucking justice in this world anymore?
What happen to the days when fans capmed out at the arena before Internet to get the good seats?Comment
