MTV don't have the ratings because there isn't anything on. It's nothing but dead air "CRAP".

Back in the day they played music vidoes, (which is what MTV is suppose to do) and at least in the 90's they had good shows like "Beavis and Butthead" and the "Headbanger's Ball", but now they don't even play videos except late at night.

It's music and shows targeted for 13 year olds.
