    Ladies and Gents,

    Ed cannot play like he used too...alcohol has gotten to the poor guy

    Sam sounds the same as always...not Van Halen

    The three songs suck, the music is sub par for Van Halen, the lyrics are horrible, the recording is really shitty, and Ed has NO solo that is worth listening to

    Van Halen WILL never be the same as what we grew up with...even if Dave were to get back in...sorry

    Some bands age gracefully...Van Halen is NOT one of them...

    I suspect this tour and new recordings are it....VH is dead...

      Can't really disagree with any of that on the basis of what's going on with VH and EVH nowadays.

                      Interesting point on the recording quality, and overall production really... it is extremely sub-par.

                      I don't think there is any doubt that these three stinkers were just flat "knocked out" very quick.

                      As I've said, a pathetic attempt.

                                          A lack of energy. No traces of conviction in Van Hagar anymore, and the lack of enthusiasm is palpable.

                                          Sheep chide Roth for his poor album sales as of late, but the DLR Band CD smacks of effort and high-energy from start to finish.

                                          The Van Hagar track I heard sounds like none of them could be bothered to put an ounce of effort into it. The performance on the new single is one of indifference on all counts.
                                          Scramby eggs and bacon.
