After my "brilliant" post on Alex's 31's I thought I'd try and get my rep back with a more serious post.
I just checked tickets for Charlotte (Charlotte is listed as Sold Out on van-halen.com), and there are several really great tickets available both on floor and lower level. Even up to 6 in a row (?)...
Then I checked Greensboro (which is NOT listed as Sold Out on van-halen.com). For Greensboro there are only random tickets availabe and only when you search for one ticket. If you look for two, there are no tkts available...
Same with several dates that are not listed as Sold Out.
I know there have been numerous posts about Ticketmasters strategies. But whatever, shouldn't Van Halen's website update what's Sold Out or not? Just don't get it...
On the other hand, maybe I should focus on looking forward to seeing the worlds greatest band live again!
But having worked many years in touring and record industry (at majors) I do not recognise this way of selling tickets with Sold Out one day and premium seats avail the next day for the same show..
