Hmmmm.....well, having seen CVH five times i'm inclined to disagree with the original post.
wolfie...looks like dead weight on stage and instantly reminds me of talent night at a local high school. at least MA looked like he was rocking on stage.
dave...his stage presence looks suspiciously close to that time he did his blue grass hoe down wanky dank. not exactly what i had in mind for a VH reunion.
ed...still has the chops, but looks tired.
alex...pretty average imo. add some excitement behind those drums. they should get tommy lee. lol.

Wolfie is probably the closest thing to a human-deer-in-the-headlights right now. Can you imagine being 15/16 years old and doing what he is doing? To hell with looking stiff...I'd faint!!
Dave is over 50 years old. He can't be as physical as he was 25 years ago. But, I think he has actually become a smarter vocalist...pacing himself, not overdoing it. I'll take that as a trade off.
Ed SHOULD be tired. Crap, he's what, two months from being in rehab? Compared to what we saw on the last tour and from recent appearances ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sIr-WBZT1MI ), it's almost a miracle he's as spry as he is. His chops are practically back, which is amazing.
Alex is Alex. He's never been asked to be mindblowing, but he is as solid as a rock.
Again, overall, it ain't 1984, but it ain't bad neither.
