Former VAN HALEN star SAMMY HAGAR fears the group's much-hyped reunion tour will fall flat without original bassist MICHAEL ANTHONY. Anthony has been replaced by Eddie Van Halen's teenage son Wolfgang for the upcoming tour, and the band's Why Can't This Be Love singer insists fans won't appreciate the line-up change when shows begin. Hagar tells website KNAC.COM he would have refused to tour without Anthony - if he had been asked to join the reunion lineup. He says, "If Eddie wants to play with his son, fine. I love my son too, but I got him a different job. I just think that it should be Mike. "I just think the fans are gonna walk away with a little bit of a disappointment because Mike's a big part of that band."

It's surprising how little media attention Sam has gotten out of all of this, and also very revealing because, quite frankly, no-one gives a flying-fuck what he thinks anymore.

one would think, that with mike being such a killer addition to a band that he would be fighting to keep him out of vanhalen, hes like take this guy he should be there.

sammy is getting a asskicking in reality and he doesnt like it, hes seen the vids. he knows this tour and any tthat are in the future will be a success, so there's no future for him as a vanhalen member.

he will try ruin this, hes a liar and doesnt wish anyone well, he only cares about himself.
