Somewhat my ass. They haven't seen a decline in their portfolio the last 4 years. The market hit the fuckin bottom in October 2002 when the DOW was at around 7000. Now it is over 10,000 so a near 50% gain in the overall market is not a bearish market. Yeah they may have taken a hit for the two years before that.
