I don't see the big deal with posting at both places. They should have some Roth fans over there to keep it from being 100% Spamfans. Let's face it, if Spam and Ed farted and put it on tape, they would say something like this.."Hey man, I know farting doesn't sound very good, but this is NEW Van Halen!", or something like this.."Hey man, this is Van Halen maturing in front of our very eyes. Dave would never be able to front this band nowadays because they are looking ahead.", like Hagar is somebody who fucking pushes the envelope.

You will definately like it over here. You can speak your mind without worrying that somebody will modify your posts while your not looking, or getting flamed for liking the superior version of the band.

Yeah, I haven't posted much here, but in the old days I did some.

I've been on the Links forever. I must also say that I really have no problem with Norton or the mods there. And there are some good people there...SUCKA, etc. And still some cool Roth fans left (MAX, obviously).

So, I still post there and voice my opinions, no matter what a bunch of complete fags think. I'm not just gonna voice my opinion where everyone agrees with me. Roth is really the only frontman the band ever had. I think the other albums they did have some great music, but Hagar is the stupidest putz this side of Putzville. I hate his attitude, his giant fucking hair, his moronic lyrics, his Journey-esque frontman pose, his ever-growing gut (god, Hagar, build a gym)...

But I can still post there because there are some cool people. So don't anybody tell me that I shouldn't be posting here because I know exactly where my opinions are and where I stand.

I still will post there, but I need to spend time here because I'm tired of reading the fucking "It's almost 5150-time!!!" posts, or "Roth WAS good, but UP FOR BREAKFAST is saving Van Halen", or "I saw Eddie and Sam smiling together, arm in arm...I felt goosebumps!!!". Jesus...it's like if Led Zeppelin had kept going for a few more years, but with David Coverdale singing and Phil Collins drumming. And then years later, the band decided to reunite, but with David Coverdale again. No one on Earth would consider it a real Led Zeppelin reunion. And I get sick hearing that this is a Van Halen "reunion". I have friends coming up to me, knowing that I'm a huge Van Halen fan, telling me, "Hey, I heard your band is coming back! How did they ever get back with Dave after everything that happened?" And I tell them, "It's not Dave. They're back playing with Sammy Hagar." "Oh...well, that isn't really a reunion, is it? I thought the actual back was coming back."

The new songs suck. I've been insulted up and down at the Links for not liking them. But whatever. People can have their opinions. I have mine. They have their's. And good for them. I'm not whining. But I need to post here. I will still post there. But for God's sake, there's only so many times I can read someone get excited about something so horrible. Hagar is really destroying the name of this band even further.

I can see you're a Van Halen fan with Dave only but you know as well as anyone here that if you posted the same comments you just did, fuckface norton would ban your ass as fast as flies flock to hagar's shit! I know you said you comment on how the new songs suck and all but being as specific as you are here, it wouldn't bold well at the Hagar links and norton the tool and his dipshit mods would edit or send you a
warning message to relax. That is why the place will always be a joke!

I don't know if I completely agree. I've seen a lot of Sammy-fan morons post shit designed to do nothing but provoke Roth fans, and those threads were closed immediately. So, I don't know.

More than anything, I just don't want to read, for the millionth time..."IT'S FUCKING 5150-TIME!!!" God...if Sam's fat body, moving around a stage singing RUNAROUND makes a person excited, they should get a little more testerone pumped into their body so that they can wake up and see the light!
