    Van Halen Special on Fuse

    Pretty neat thing coming on Fuse at 10:00 on Monday about How Hot For Teacher, then they'll show a whole block of VH Videos (wonder if they'll have the balls to play All Dave Stuff), No interview with dave , rather they interviewed the Bassplayer. Though Dave Grohl gets interviewed about it.

      I saw the commercial for this...it'll be cool to hear everyone talking about how incredible Dave is! I love that shit.

          It was funny how they said all the Pussy Hair Bands pissed their pants when GN'R got big because they KNEW it was over for them, and Yes, Van HAGAR was included in that group :D!

                              Guns 'n' Roses was HARDLY the death knell for glam metal. Guns 'n' Roses wasn't much removed from glam themselves...just sleeze rock, which may as well be glam metal, considering it's a subgenre of glam anyway.

                              Now, there was this little band out of Seattle, on the other hand...they might have had something to do with it...

                                                          vanhalen gets credit for the video slut occuring in videos in this show and basically getting tipper gore pissed off and starting the pmr hearings.
                                                          thats a pretty good badge to wear from just one music video, everyone involved seemed quite proud of theirselves.

                                                          its too bad they couldnt get another band member to give commentary besides mike in his cobo wabo cantina shirt, hes definately got some serious issues with eddie vanhalen wearing that shirt.
                                                          what a slap in the face. im glad that fucker is gone, im suprised that fat piece of shit sammy didnt somehow try and get a few words in there. oh but he did, he sent his boy mike in there wearing his shitty ass club shirt, sammys the puppetmaster.

                                                          the show that was on after videos that rocked the world containing a block of vanhalen videos almost made my stomach turn with the addition of sammy songs.

                                                          the worst moment was the dreams video where they show vanhagar in the news giving a free concert at the whiskey celebrating 15 years anniversary of vanhalen playing the whiskey. that was gut wrenching watching that shit.
