Thing about the bass player is he never wanted Dave back....Made out like Dave`s voice would never make it....Among other stupid things...During the Dave and sam tour he acted like he wanted to play with Dave...Knowing Dave would never do it...plus he knew he had already been kicked out of Van Halen...they had not even spoke to him in over a year at that point...Don`t get me wrong I love the magic that the original 4 created but to think that the bass player playing on this tour would work is wishful thinking...He and Ed would not work well together at this point and he is so far up sam`s ass that I can`t imagine him getting along with Dave....I respect everything he did up to 1984...after that he is sam`s bitch and thats how he seems to like it ...and so be it. Wolf was a big part of the reason Dave and Ed are playing these songs together again....Hey I wish it was 1984 again but it won`t ever be ...So just enjoy what we have left.
