There's always a chance Ed could stop phoning it in and show some effort, but not as long as he's running the band. Yep. Better chance than not that Dave will never be back in Van Halen, but considering the state the other 3 turkeys are in, there's no downside to Roth not reuniting.

we all love(loved) Ed, he obviously has some serious problems.
I hope he can ease up on the drinking, perhaps it's just jitters
and nerves, but I really do wish him well. Having said that,
