That is what's known as a "painter's hat". They were popular in the mid 80's for a while. I had a few of them, except mine all had patches of bands on them, not a screen print job like that. Probably would have bought one like that at the time, if I had seen one. Don't think I've seen one since Reagan was in the White House though..... except on painters.Eat Us And Smile
