Can someone please tell me who does the volcals on the "black star" and "sleepless nights" (and a few others) tunz from.....Dave is back rarest covers and demos, and the story behind em?. Thanks...Peace and Love!

"Sleepless Nights", along with "Black Star" and "All That I Need" appeared on the Merrie Melodies bootleg, yet they were more than likely performed by George Lynch in an early band called The Boyz. "Sleepless Nights" has also been credited to an early Lynch band called Xciter, formed after the Boyz, yet the recording you speak of is most likely a live Boyz gig.

There was a rumor it was Greg Stafford singing, but that got shot down by the band itself.
It's listed here as Dokken rare demos when Lynch was in the band Exciter.

Looks like those songs made it to an album finally too. (2006)
