Jesus Christ no! Look how bad the cluster fuck Rock-N-Roll Hall of $hame turned out to be. You'd get bands like Coldplay or whoever is the flavor of the month to perform. Sammy and Mike would show up and Ed would drink himself right back into rehab 2 weeks before the event was to happen. The last thing VH needs is kudos from the industry.......seems to fucking send them into meltdown mode and we know how easy that is for the boys.

True. The last thing old Methmouth and Neckbrace deserve is a pat on the back for the way they ran the ship aground ,only to be saved by Diamond Dave after 23 years of horrible decisions and misguided moves.
Dave isn't perfect ,but he ain't no fool. Think about it ... There's more to it for the fact he never went up with Ched & Bassplayer and did any encores with them on the Sam & Dave tour.
He didn't want a single picture of him slumming it with those two shirtlifters.
