Was surfing Ebay and came across this rare gem from "A Little Ain't Enough". Thought I would post the link just in case anyone is interested in it. David Lee Roth Band Autographed Tour Program 1991 - eBay (item 220453664455 end time Jul-22-09 13:02:51 PDT)

I don't know about autographs. Kinda a shady deal unless a fingerprint is next to it.
I just got a signed Jimmy Buffett book for $6 including shipping. If it is Jimmy's siggy, he was signing a stack of them. It is a fast and thin siggy.
Good luck to the fella, hope Dave's memos helps you through or buys you a pack of smokes. :D At least, shipping will be reasonable.Last edited by standin; 07-22-2009, 11:24 AM.To put it simply, we need to worry a lot less about how to communicate our actions and much more about what our actions communicate.Comment

Careful what you get on Ebay, there are lots of fakes/Forgery autographs/Signatures. If all the seller wants is $.99 cents go for it, but the looks of it doesn't seem like the "Real Deal" and there is no COA.Comment

I never liked the thought of buying an autograph. I have a few, but they are all ones I got myself when I was lucky enough to meet the person. Would never sell them. Just a personal sentimental thing. I always tried to take a pic of me & the celeb too, keep it framed with the autographed item.
Mostly sports guys from the San Diego teams. Never get used to running into a Junior Seau type in a 7-11.“Great losses often bring only a numb shock. To truly plunge a victim into misery, you must overwhelm him with many small sufferings.”Comment

I've met people from Sugar Ray leonard to Yngwie and Dave and several in between and never once did I feel compelled to ask for a silly autograph...
A simple handshake and a friendly gesture was more than enough for me...
A photo or two would have been nice though...

Well, s/he got a pack and a half of cigarettes or a cheep bottle.
More than I paid for Jimmy's. But Jimmy not gone reclusive
During these challenging economic times, nice that a siggy (fake or not) got a couple pounds of meat.
Those shoes are just propaganda. Put them up and the cost buying them back is a decent commercial for the other stuff. To put it simply, we need to worry a lot less about how to communicate our actions and much more about what our actions communicate.Comment

I collect autographs, but at least seeing the celeb. signing yourself you don't really know it's 100% ledgit. If you buy from a retail shop that specialize in autographs/signings, it's almost 98-99% real, but if your buying off the internet, there is always that chance it's fake and someone forged it in their basement or garage.Comment
