Exactly, anyone would be a idiot to compare today's Dave to the 1984's Dave.
It's 25 years later plain and simple! Dave is in his 50's just because he doesn't have long hair, ware the jump suit, dye his hair or jump like he use to doesn't mean shit!!! If your looking to be entertain with lots of humor, energetic, great singing/music and performing Dave is going to give it to you.
I believe his even better than back in those days, He is more into the shows and his mine isn't thinking about the party and the gals after the show. He is also in better shape than in the day, since he cut out the booze and drugs!
Dave is Ultimately the hardest working man in the buis.
2004 tour people who actually went, was there to see Eddie
2007-08 tour everyone went to see Dave and Eddie on the same stage after 23 years of waiting.
Anyone who watches that and thinks "Poor Dave & his tired old routine", unfortunately missed the 2 hours of rip your face off rock & roll that surrounded it.
Nope, can't say I have seen Woolfie do the things that you descibe.
Is this not what we have been waiting on and having a website dedicate to Diamond Dave? VH 3 original 1 inevitable.... 1984 was unfortunately 25 years ago. Dave is still the Toastmaster General. The show l saw Dave looked good and the performance was great!
With my last dying breath, I want to be able to say I tried everything on the menu-twice DLR 2001
