          If I had to guess, it's because he didn't want to be seen playing this tune without DLR? The music is fantastic, but the vocals totally suck without DLR delivering.

                  Great Video! The Eat Em & Smile tour was my first DLR related show. Steve & Billy were insane, still are!!
                  Billy actually showed up & jammed with Atomic Punks back at FM Station in N.Hollywood around 1995? Played 2 songs, Panama & ???. He was about as nice of a rockstar that you could ever meet, just like Michael Anthony. I remember him asking if we could raise up the strap on my bass cause it was down too low!

                      you can buy this DVD! I saw Steve Vai in November 2001, just before this performance...great show! An another DVD for the last tour (2007) soon (09/29/2009)

                                              I can believe that he can play it without being able to see but how does he hit the effects pedals like at 3:18 and if he can see then what's the fucking point?
