Now that Dave and the rest of the band have more money again; they have the confidence to splash the next album/tour across the media.
    I see an extreme hype-machine a-coming!

I never knew they relied on money to give them confidence.

Dave probably appreciated the money more than the others, but there's no doubt that he had other reasons to try to resserect CVH.

Especially after such a long wait. In fact, I'm still really enjoying watching the youtube clips from the show I was at.

              There is an aura,
An aura of beyond fame, but of legend
              Truth is told.
              Some entities shine through,
No matter the bucket placed over them.
The touch of fission emanates from being.
The nobility pours from their soul.
Leaders; they create by mere existence.
If you ask whom, you are not one.
To put it simply, we need to worry a lot less about how to communicate our actions and much more about what our actions communicate.

Isnt there an even older system that was kinda like

                  Hey Cool !

(good to see the old boys when they drop in)

But not the reason for my reply.
You guys say Fair Weather !
We use it to describe football supporters, the
ones that suddenly are big fans when their team
is winning, but go into hiding when the team is
                  going shit....

(Another cross-world term I can add to the my
"terms that cause non confusion" file)

As for the webbies, I cant remember Icon ever
posting on a regular basis, so its just business
as usual for him. As for Pojo, he seems to be
getting a bit more active again now.....
                  Hopefully he is back ?

Mezro is definately fair weather, where is he ???

No offense intended, as the accused would surely agree.....

Icon's always been a behind the scenes cuntributor... his best work is done in creepy dark basements, behind a curtain, in rubber boots...

I was thinkin the hat should be passed round to invest in a portable GPS unit for Pojo... last few years seems he wonders off and gets lost a lot. But like an old dog he eventually finds his way back, barks a lot and pisses in his favorite spots...

mezro... no comment other than a Surivior style tribal counsel should be held...

Ed, Al and Wolf can continue to jam. Unless they are working on new music (which doesn't seem so), Dave doesn't have to be there.

                      He knows the old songs.

Though I doubt he can even pull off Outta Love Again. Maybe they can "pipe" in Dave's old screams during the live show.

Fuck. First post I've ever read that actually made me properly laugh out loud.

I usually get a good share of chuckles and smiles from reading all this shitty drivel, but that was outstanding.

                        I'm STILL laughing.

                        Cheers! :bottle:

All I know is that Pojo, Mr. Fucking Skeptical, said this in his Greensboro Review (http://www.rotharmy.com/forums/david...van-halen.html)

"Here we were...at the fifth song...and I was already thinking this was, if not the BEST show I'd been too...the most FUN I'd had at a show...I couldn't cheer...because I was laughing so damn hard watching Ed and fucking Dave play off each other...it was magic...me wise magic I suppose you could say..."

Nobody wants to face facts, but the sound quality on the tour sucked dick, anyways.
