    Refresher: VH Guitar Hero

I'm sure this has been discussed endlessly, but wondered if you might be willing to do a quick recap for me.

The Guitar Hero trailer popped up on Youtube recently, and I just loved it (with the obvious disappointment that MA was not there and WVH was.) Got thinking about what kind of lucrative package VH got for this, who's benefitting the most and if there is any opportunity for MA to sue.

I'm not a GH player, although I would like to be, and have not kept up on their releases. Have they done this with any different bands? (I have seen the Beatles version)

    Oh dear.

A boat load. But the exposure to the youngsters will pay off more than any direct money they get from the sales of the video game.

NO. Michael Anthony signed away any and all future claims & rights to be able to participate in the 2004 Van Hagar reunion.
