MD 20/20 is the main ingredient in puke. I've never tried the shit either but I do remember watching numerous people getting toasted on that shit only to get sicker than a dog right about the time they were supposed to be getting laid. To me, it was more of a cock blocking utility than a drink to speak highly of.
