    Brief Roth Mention

From an NCIS episode during yesterday's marathon. Looking for suspect at Halloween party. "I was here all day with my friends getting ready for the party with my friends. Ask anybody - (pointing around the room) the guy with the cheesehead hat, the Vampire, David Lee Roth, carrotman......ask him!"

    Oh! You were busy yesterday!
It will be a while before your full strength again, but at least your back to the living and awake. :D
    NCIS is a great show!
To put it simply, we need to worry a lot less about how to communicate our actions and much more about what our actions communicate.

I've searched that clip for signs of the guest wearing the DLR costume, but do not see one.

Hey this is better than HLM thinking he spotted Brian Young on an old episode of the Gary Shandling show.....

And I found the EVH reference on House. I want to mod the random reference forum. :D

      Oh dear.

There was also a great reference on My Name Is Earl. Haven't been able to find it on YouTube yet, but he is talking about CVH and how his new girlfriend is Van Hagar. Great scene. I'll keep searching.

Season 3 episode 20 - "Girl Earl". It's Alyssa Milano. She also likes post crash Lynyrd Skynyrd.

          Oh dear.

Criminal Minds... They were going through a storage unit of a murder suspect and there was a 1984 album in there.

Great. Murderers listen to Van Halen. I say we launch a boycott of Criminal Minds.

              Oh dear.

If you can find it, don't remember the episode name but on Adult Swim the cartoon Home Movies.
Dewayne's band was in a battle of the bands contest against Van Halen! They didn't come out & say that it was VH but being a true VH fan you knew. The massive striped drum kit, the square bass, red & white stripes guitar player & the front man with long hair doing jumps & screams!

I have it on tape somewhere..

This was VH mention in Esquire magazine, not a TV show but funny just the same...Esquire was listing events to look for in December and on the 22nd was this entry...."The Van Halen Edition of Guitar Hero goes on sale for Xbox360, Wii, and PS3, without a single Sammy Hagar song, dissapointing only Sammy Hagar"

It looks more like they have melded Dave and Eddie 2:45 for the whole band - sometime after 3:00 for "Jimmy's" solo.

                          That's not the episode.
The one I'm talking about was an outdoor concert.
