Dave's and VH cars at Indy Children's Museum

The Children's Museum in Indy is having a Rock Stars, Cars and Guitars exhibit. Looking at the behind the scenes stuff, it appears Dave's 1950 Mercury Custom Convertible and I think the car used in the HFT vid are going to be in the exhibit. Some of Rick Neilson's guitars will be there too. Looking forward to seeing this!

I would post pics of the cars but the site won't give the properties for the pic. Click on behind the scenes and you will see them.

Does anyone really care what E thinks?

There is the usual news from the VH camp... (S.F.A. as usual). Any VH related news is still news, even if it's only a blip about a car connected to VH. Pretty sad when you think about it...

        Regardless, thanks for sharing rocknrolldork.
Trolls take heed...LOG OUT & FUCK OFF!!!

In our hottest new exhibit, Rock Stars, Cars, and Guitars opening June 12, you can experience the music that has shaped pop culture! It will include memorabilia from Elvis Presley, The Beatles, KISS, Van Halen, U2, and more! Check out these photos from the delivery of Roy Orbison's corvette which will be in the exhibit.

Ugly ass steering wheel. It looks like it was stolen from an old GMC pickup from the late 70's. It needs one of those old cool ones that has the chromed ring for the horn actuator.

That Merc was a 4 door originaly They cut the top off of it. It was in Hot Rod or Car Craft mag in the early 80's. I used to tear out my favorites and hang them on the wall. Then it show's up on the Panama video after Dave bought it. The ugly steering wheel is for the tilt wheel. They should change the wheel. Uck !!! Cool car. It's a 51.

I thought the spider web on the glove box was cool. What does that mean? Is that where the stash is kept? :D

probably a GM column, plenty of aftermarket wheels will work.

the panel gaps bother me more than the steering wheel.
