Ed did say that he "needed to get George out to L.A., to put some Lopez on this sucker" (or words to that effect). Given that context, it's entirely possible the edited segment was more than likely along the lines of "I couldn't be there, as I'm working on the new VH album, blah blah blah".

It's another one of those sites that for one reason or another can not be viewed outside the continental U.S. Believe it or not, there are some sites (like MTV or VH-1) that prohibit their clips from even being shown in Canada. Give it a few days, and it will probably show up on Youtube. Clips from the show (but not the celebrity tribute compilation as of yet) are starting to arrive there as we speak.

Ya know, there IS a way to circumvent those restrictions... and it's all legal.

But I guess if it starts spreading, someone will "fix" it, so I'll just PM it to those interested parties.

It's NOT a proxy, by the way. You'll be using your own already existing connection & nothing more.

No weird illegal sites in languages noone ever heard about or anything.
