You have misunderstood the nature of Virtual Machines(VMs). I'm running one on this laptop just now, it allows me to switch between Windows 7 and Windows XP but I have the same external IP address regardless of which one I'm in when I post here.

I can't ban anybody. As far as I know, it's done by username or IP in the case of repeat alias offenders or spammers. I don't know what the point of banning an email address would be, since most internet providers allow you to have anywhere up to 10 e mail addresses, and a potential troll can create as many Hotmail/Yahoo/Gmail accounts as they can dream up names for.

But WHY? In the fuck would anyone have that many aliases?
