Van Halen planning Australian tour?

ed's playing on "the ambulance tour" was second only to his playing on "the 1978 world tour", "world invasion" and "the venerial disease tour".
these are the tours i feel from listening to and seeing video bootlegs were the tours that ed played his best.
i put ed's 07/08 playing in the middle somewhere with the "w.d.f.a. tour", "hide your sheep tour" and the "1984 world tour".
still fiery on ocassion, but mostly going through the motions and at time down right mediocre or just plain awful......very average even by evh standards.

old irving azoff must have been down here in December then........this will be huge!!!! - Iron maiden this month, Motorhead in march and possibly VH before the end of the year....fuck could it get any better!

Agreed !! That's why I still love my good old uncle Ted. He whips out a decent album every year and hit's the road for 6 month's until hunting season. A real rock & roller !! In his 60's at that !! Ed and Dave must be getting along great for Dave to want to stick around half the summer before hitting the road again. That payday he got from the last tour would have made me walk !! Ed's a bum.
