Hagar Fans--this Is Why You Come Off As Dumbasses

Every time Dave is on tour or does a show like on the 4th it is inevitable that a Hagar/Eddie sheep gets on this board or the Links and says something to the effect of "people in this part of the arena were making fun of Dave". FUNNY, when I saw Dave at Universal in 02' & 03' and then at HOBlues New Years in L.A. I don't remember seeing fucking anybody walking out and I don't remember anyone laughing. I do however remember plenty of LOUD cheering. Also when DAVE came to Universal with Hagar in 02' during Hagar's set after M Anthony left the stage I fucking SWEAR at least 800 to 1,000 people literally got up and went to the restroom. It was like a sea of fucking people. When Roth was onstage I SAW NO ONE LEAVING AT ANYTIME. People were on their feet for the whole show, same for the 03' tour at Universal. In addition I taped the JULY 4 CBS special and have watched it several times and you can hear a noticeable roar when Roth twirls the baton? (still haven't figured out what that thing is but it's cool--Roth brothers help on my ignorance please). The bottom line is that at all of the shows I've seen and I've seen Dave 5 times in the last 3 and a half years I have seen none of this so called "laughing at Dave". I have seen a hell of a lot of cheering for Dave though at these shows. In addition of course not every single solitary person on Earth likes Dave or VH for that matter. Hell there is an idiot where I work who thinks Dave is nothing, but he doesn't really like VH EITHER. He's a die hard Stones fan caught in an early 70's time warp. Now if he saw Dave live by chance he might (like an idiot) make fun of Dave, point is he WAS NEVER A FAN TO BEGIN WITH. The vast majority of people who I know who were DLR VH fans back in the day still love and support Dave. Hell I'm not a big fan of the Stones and if I went to a Stones concert (for free) and Jagger came out in a skirt (he did this once few years back) I would probably chuckle. But does that mean Stones fans think Mick is washed up and finished, hell no. Because I'm not a Stones fan to begin with my opinion isn't really that important. You Hagar fans are idiots. You prove it daily.

Great post! I happen to like the Stones a lot, but I see your point exactly. Where are all these VH fans preferring Sam and laughing at Dave? You know you can laugh at this one because these are the same people who claim Sam sold more albums with VH. Losers!

yeah but you have to remember even there leader..the RED Shambo gets all riled up whenever Dave makes an appearance...He will be forever frustrated that he is not really known as the singer for Van Halen but more of a hack stand in or even 2nd best.....The fact that he still takes the occasional jab at DLR proves he still isnt comfortable fronting the band.....It's always been Sams worst nightmare that Dave will return to VH ...along with his flock of red wetters.....
