Two more reviews I've found. First one of them praised the album, 4/5.

Second one was the first negative one I've read here. 2/5. It praised many things, but said this lacks on choruses and consists of "songs that were left out, likely for reason".

We never get to find out what the reason is, except for the choruses. I checked out what other albums has this guy reviewed. He gave 5/5 to St. Anger. Case closed.

Lots of great tunes, no lemons and acres of meat on the proverbial bone make this album must-hear ear candy. It really does sound like Eddie himself is inspired and Alex plays his ass off. Whatever Wolfgang Van Halen is doing, he isn't doing anything wrong, and Dave sounds like he is just enjoying himself.

Get this album. NOW.
