It's funny that he mentions Mike by name on It's About Time. He must have been talking to a cardboard cut out.

you guys must be completely retarded...those are song writing credits...that has nothing to do with someone actually playing on a song...most aerosmith songs say tyler/perry...does that mean that those 2 played all the instruments on the album?...

            come on dudes...think!

Thank you for your interest in the Roth Army Forums. You have many honorable skills, however after a review of your recent post, we feel that perhaps you would be more suited for a position at VH Links, or a sheep farm in the southwest. We will keep your asshole remarks on file, and if any openings come up that suit your particular qualifications, you will be notified.

              Thank you and fuck off,

It's true. The new liner notes only credit Ed, Al, and Sammy.

Not that it matters. The last album that actually had any bass on it was Fair Warning, anyway.

No new news to me, I thought it was Eddie playing bass when I first heard the tracks.

There's been rumors of Eddie playing bass on some tracks going way back to the Roth days.

                    As writers not as players!!
The credits directly under the song title denotes the song writer.

Mike didn't play bass on the songs because he was too busy

                      playing Spammy's skin flute!!

on fair warning in 1981, eddie was not happy about mike's work. late at night, in the studio with don landee, he was playing all the bass line, and some part of drums too.

A good thing he did not sing on it. We wouldn't be speaking of the classic six-pack!!
