So - I don't know how many of you guys give a shit, but I was determined to find this tune. Finally had my son 'shazam' it for me. I had a little clip of it from one of the shows I attended, and even that little part gave me chills every time I heard it. After the first couple of shows I went to, I was more aware of it - same song every show. As soon as I would hear it, I knew the boys would be coming out soon. I remember getting all pumped up at AC and telling everyone around me to get ready. They looked at me like I was nuts. But....then there were some drums, a bit of that familiar guitar, and then.....let's go, let's go!!! Here it is for those of you interested. If you've been to a show and were paying attention, I guarantee you goosebumps!

Yep, they used it on the last tour too, and Dave used it before that at his solo shows in 2006. It's a good funk jam.

Really? That's so funny - I went to several shows at the last tour and saw Dave a couple times solo in 2006 but I don't remember it. I think I was just more aware and 'present' for these shows. For the last tour I was so 'freaking out' about seeing Dave and Eddie on stage together for the first time (for me) that I literally was unable to eat or drink the day of the shows! Same with solo Dave - was front row twice and couldn't even speak to anyone before the show - I was a mess!!

I have to admit, I was curious too....

I know in Greensboro, when I heard they stopped playing the "other" music, and this song started, it was close to showtime....

They also played it after the houselights went up.....

It really does sound like music used in just about every T.V. cop show in the '70's . Good call .
