The motor on that Buggy looks excellent..I had a 67 Beetle 1600cc motor, I believe this was the first year for ball joint front end ( I had some strap on ice chains for the rear wheels and that bug would go anywhere get back in the woods for some girlie time with highschool sweetie, good times), worked on it quite a bit out of want and sometimes need,.. fantastic ride.

I always wanted a dune buggy, that one you have made is just the coolest shit ever..retro cool to the max duuuuude.
