Alex bought into the false notion that he is "the other half of Van Halen" and spent 35 years believing his shit don't stink. Him and his ugly gold-diggin wife are perfect for each other.

The "other half of Van Halen" has always been David Lee Roth ---- take him out of the equation in 1978 and VH becomes just another Night Ranger or Loverboy with an above-average guitar player.

Yeah. I think without Dave, EVH would have been very similar to a George Lynch or Vito Bratta. Great guitarist in a very YAWN group with little success or staying power. Tons of super great guitarists out there....a few great frontmen.....and little enough to count on 1 hand where you have both together.

Actually...I think they are all ok. Alex looks just as hyper as Dave is in the videos....I say good for them wherever they find love. Their lives, and no one deserves the consequences more than YOU when you make your own choices.

I disagree, I think Roker's stated his case pretty clearly....

The guy's probably gotta get up at 4am to do the Today show in New York after landing in NYC late the previous night, and as he said, he wanted to get some sleep....

I don't think that Roker's the bad guy because of the poor planning by the VH camp.....

I agree with this but the Bon Jovi comments are unforgivable. From now on, when I hear anything relating to Al Roker, the first thing that will come to mind is incredibly lame-ass Bon Jovi name checking.
