It's thunderously fucking majestic ! Makes the band sound like the train on the album cover ! Loved it live. The cd could have been better mixed.

Wolf could be running some of his signal through the preamp stage of a 5150III. One of my favorite setups is to run a hard driven Fender Dual Showman head through some 12 inch speakers and us a volume pedal to control the amount of signal that gets and then run the rest of the signal through an Alembic preamp into a solid state power amp running some 15's and 10's. The guitar amp heads through the right speakers add some great overdrive flavor but you really don't want to depend on it for the whole rig.
