Looks like the ring of fire is rocking and rolling.

No, that was Tom Werman according to Nikki Sixx.

Hell yes! For that I would even throw in some encouraging stuff like "Hey, that's cool", "I really like that" and of course the old stand by "That sounded great".

AND they could trust me not to leak it because it would amuse me greatly to have heard the whole thing when the rest of the world hasn't.

              Yup!

I attended a couple of sessions for a guy who is a legend in the progressive bluegrass end of music.
The producer was from L.A. and brought along an engineer, who was chain smoking skunk weed the entire time. It was a trip, lol. He musta had one helluva tolerance, as I would not have been able to do much more than sit at the board and drool after awhile.

That is a strange term to me, like an extreme pacifist.

I can't imagine anything being less progressive than bluegrass music.

Don't think that for a second. Progressive bluegrass players are on the same level as shredders like Yngwie, McAlpine, Vai, etc.

They just do their shredding on fiddle, acoustic guitar, banjo and mandolin.

Friend of mine once said bluegrass is like heavy metal. Songs about gloom, death, heartbreak, destruction, and players that can play fast as lightning.
