Why is it that VH gets ripped for this performance, some saying their worst, how everyone was drunk etc?

Listening to alot of boots lately while at the gym and their were numerous shows where the band wasn't on point. But as much as some of you guys flame him Alex was the one who always got them back on track!

I think the complaint is that it's one of the one pro-shot shows and the band was a little sloppy by VH standards at parts. It's all cool with me, I love it! You can tell the first few songs they're just lit up and blazing through... you can almost hear a collective breath around the 4th song..

I like that show alot one of my favs I like them all anyways I like sloppy.....they even broadcast bits and pieces live of this show on radio back then...I remember it was late..late for us in the east.....

I dunno...Romeo Delight (first song that night) is pretty killer except for Dave who is cleary intoxicated...I still love it

Yea you could see them starting to settle down midway threw the set...

I don't care what anyone else thinks, they were on fire that night. They were all having fun onstage, lots of camaraderie betweed Dave and Ed. Dave's voice may not have been that good that show, but he was still very fun to watch onstage and his showmanship was through the roof!

Somebody should wake up Momshell and Lightemup for the play by play I miss that alot on gig nights.......Look at all the people here tonight ... Dave was fucking Dave right there with his smile at 22ish
