Hmmm. As much as I would hate someone telling me how to look and act at 45, I'm gonna take a stab at this here question.
Looks: I don't mind his suits, but I do mind that for a while, it was only that one suit. He needs to mix it up. For live performances, I'd say its time to retire the leather pants. The short, silky shirts gotta go, too. I could see him doing aged blue jeans, boots sneakers or shoes and a t-shirt. He doesn't need the scarves and pleather shiny motorcycle jackets. Unnecessary accessories at this point.
Act: Interviews, I'd say I wouldn't change a thing. His more recent ones that he had done for various pod casters were well done. The non sequiturs of old have been replaced with actual responses to the questions. I like that. Live, there needs to be a small change and that is, loose the perpetual open mouthed grin that says, "I'm so happy to be here!!!" Leave all of that smiling to us. We're happy to have you here. Just because your 60 doesn't me you can't rock the swagger of old. Oh, and stop calling girls in the front row "hot stuff" or offering them "candy from a stranger".
