It's definitely from the 1978 tour --- Dave is wearing that Japanese kimono-type shirt and I never saw that in any '79 tour photos.
I highly doubt Dave obtained this pro-shot footage from Eddie's collection for a short snippet in "The Roth Show" --- which means Dave has some tasty shit hiding in his fucking vault !!!
