The best manager VH ever had was Ed Leffler. If Sam has one redeeming quality is he understands business. He came in with a fantastic manager. They need to find someone of that caliber again. I often wondered how Miles Copeland would work out with VH. Miles is no spring chicken and he's got other things going now than managing rock bands.

I dunno, man --- I guess it's all perception. Janie always looks pissed or upset that her and Ed have to "make nice" with fans. Seems like a real burden to her.

I hate the Cabo Cunt as much as anyone, but I gotta admit his old lady Kari seems like the perfect rock star wife. She's always made up and looking cute, and she's always wearing a nice smile and looks interested even if the fat fuck is mumbling about rum or tequila or new Chickenshit music. She seems to know how to play the gig! She got an easy pampered life and doesn't take it for granted.

Yeah. Kari seems cool She seems happy but you can tell she's a people person. Ed's wife seems to be the kind that lays low in public and probably livens up more when with friends and family. I think Jani had a lot to do with saving Ed. We got a new album and a happy Ed on tour playing very well. I have no beef with the lady whatsoever.

I don't think so. He had a successful solo career. He negotiated hard with the record labels and knew how that game worked. He built a successful club and spirit brand. You don't do that with just luck. I bet if Sammy was a manager in the business he would have done well at it. Sam is kind of like Dave in the regard of seeming laid back and care free. I bet behind the scenes he's on top of everything.

Simple answer... Legally binding 5 year contract with 7 figure dollar amounts at stake.

Based on the timing it's become quite obvious it was a 5 year term that expired mid-March. This is no coincidence. Go back and search where things were with Dave and VH exactly 5 years ago...
