But people can knock their socks off with tributes if they want, but there are already a bunch of tribute threads here (intentional or accidental ones that became intentional threads). I like to remember the dead, but I don't know the point of rehashing what already has been said. Are we only honoring Max and Al here? Because I'm pretty sure I was pretty upset a couple weeks ago reading their death threads while looking for something unrelated...

There's already threads here with a ton of stories, including Blondgirl777 who died tragically of cancer (is there a non-tragic way to die?). Or Flashbastard (was it?) that I think someone mentioned as dying of a brain aneurism. Why not just bump those ones?

Ya know what Nick? If you (or anyone else) wishes to simply bump a few threads, then by all means, have at it. Oddly enough, I didn't see anyone else (particularly yourself) doing so, so I simply am making an effort here towards some folks I treasure and miss deeply upon a sorrow-filled, very personal anniversary. Nobody is twisting your arm, forcing you to comply, so if you wish to refrain, by all means, feel free to do so.

However, rather than complaining about the concept after it was presented, it would have been cool if YOU'D come up with your own ideas beforehand. Then again, that would have meant taking in some sort of effort, taking action rather than simply being reactionary. I sure as shit didn't see YOU bumping threads in tribute, so your argument is disingenuous, at best.

Seriously, feel free not to participate. It matters not one way or another.
